We want you to be completely happy with your bouquet. If you are not entirely happy with the product then you can return the bouquet to us within 30 days of receiving it, provided that it is sent back in the same condition that it was received.

To be eligible for a return, the bouquet and its contents must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If you need to return your bouquet, email support@thebeerbouquetcompany.co.uk with your order number and a brief reason for the return. We will then either request further information or send you a returns label which you must print off and attach to the parcel by placing it over the original shipping label. Now, take the parcel to your local Post Office or ParcelForce depot where you will be issued with a proof of receipt. Once we have received your bouquet back and have inspected it, we will process your refund but please note that you will be charged £7.95 for the cost of the return delivery.

Please do not use any other carrier or method for returning your parcel back to us as we are only insured through ParcelForce for recovery  of any losses should your parcel be lost or damaged in return transit, subject to you having been given a receipt of postage by ParcelForce or the Post Office. If you choose to use another carrier and your parcel is lost or damaged in return transit then we will be unable to refund your purchase.

If 30 days have gone by since the date of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

 

Refunds Procedure

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item and also to let you know the amount of any refund due. Any refunds will be processed through your original payment method – you will need to contact your payment bank, card or payment provider if you require more information about the time taken to process your refund.

 

If your bouquet arrives damaged

In the unlikely event that your bouquet has been damaged in transit by our carrier, please email us immediately at support@thebeerbouquetcompany.co.uk with your order number and photos of the damage so that we can resolve this quickly and a replacement item or refund arranged.

 

A note about our Refund Policy

Our Refund Policy above has been written in accordance with The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and also with The Consumer Rights Act 2015.
